Seo InYoung's official profile weight is 43kg, but as we know what celebrities have on their profile tends to be false. During this diet Seo InYoung lost 6kg in 4 weeks which is WOW a lot.
Morning: 1 - 2 fresh bananas and 2 cups of water.
Lunch: healthy Korean meal, anything can be eaten it.Dinner: healthy Korean meal, include rice preferably brown, vegetables and a little meat.
Snack: bananas of course! xD
This diet is great for those that don't like to be restricted to strict deals, as you can choose what to eat for lunch and dinner, but make sure its healthy, low in fat, salt and sugar. Have self control and monitor how much you eat though. However, this diet I would not recommend it for people with diabetes as bananas have high sugar content. .
This diet is super simple, however I personally think that losing 6kg in 4 weeks sounds a bit dramatic? Maybe its the foods Seo InYoung ate for lunch and dinner that contributed to the weight lose more. But who knows, unless you try and see if it actually does or not.
So would you guys try this diet? ^^
New Years has been such a busy period >< apologies for the late post. I will blog more again soon as soon as I finish my workload!
Anyway my skin has been super super terrible this season due to the climate changes, so I have been breaking out loads! That being said, I have been trying out new products to try help reduce my acne. I came across the Laidbare Spot the Difference Treatment Cream, which caught my eyes since it says treatment cream and the packaging is simple yet sleek, so why not? ^^
This product is design for oily and combination skin which is great as I have oily skin, also it doesn't leave your face looking shiny. I use this all over my face after i've finished cleansing, toned and applied a serum on my face. I use the treatment cream like a normal moisturiser in the morning and afternoon.
At first I didn't really notice any difference but I continued to use it anyway, since I personally believe you should use a product for at least 1 month before deciding if it helps your skin or not. After using it for 2-3 week, I noticed the redness of my breakout weren't as bad as before and the size of the my spots have slightly reduced. When I get breakouts they are super stubborn to get rid off! >< So you may get quicker results than I did. As I continued to use this for a few more weeks, I noticed my breakouts have slowed down a little and my spots were more easy to cover up with concealer. Which is great as the product does help to clear out complexion slowly.
The cream has thicker consistency compared to normal creams, but it still absorbs into the skin nicely. You only get 30ml of product but it does last quite a long time 1-4 months (maybe more for some people) depending how much you apply on. The size makes it great for traveling. The scent of the cream is light and refreshing.
Overall, this product does work gradually over a few weeks. So if you're after fast results this product may not be your cup of tea. I think this product is great for preventing breakouts/spots, however it does not work that well with spots that already exist. For £6.99 it's an affordable price and I wouldn't mind purchasing it again to prevent breakouts. I would rate this product 7/10.
So have you tried any of Laidbare's products? This is my first time. ^^

My last painting for 2013 I believe~ ^_^ Hope you guys like it! You can watch the process of the painting in the video below. Just a quick present to you guys and a little filler before the next League of Legends painting is up. ^_^ Portraits are not a strength of mine. >< So yes I can see some errors in the painting, hopefully i'll prove more or maybe I should stick to painting other stuff. xDD Apart from that Happy New Years in advance! :')
Long time no review ay? Being on a makeup band is so hard! >< But i'm back with a review of most recent BB Watergel i've been using for the past month. ^^
This is part of Maybelline's Asian line so it may be hard to get your hands on it if you don't live in Asia, but you can always purchase them online from YesStyle for £12. I've been wanting this for a while ever since I watched "Tested and Tried"'s video but sellers on eBay were selling it for up £30 when it first came out, like reallyyyyy?!
Starting on the review - the product info and claims:
- Contains 60% gellified water. Releases water bubbles upon application
- Easy spread in translucent gel formula
- Its has refreshing formula that soothes and cools upon contact
- 8 skin benefits that hydrate, nourish, perfect and protects skin - UV protection, smaller pores, tone, clarity etc
- Dewy soft finish, radiant and luminous sheen reminiscent of a baby's soft and smooth skin
- Light buildable coverage
- Good average
I like how it Maybelline called it BB watergel rather than BB cream, which I think is very suitable for the product as its very hydrating and has a gel texture. It comes in a 30ml size and the packaging is slim, this makes the product travel friendly.
The texture of this BB watergel really does feel like a gel, which I LOVEEE as its lightweight and glides on smoothly. It feels like as if you're applying a gel moisturizer to your face, since its so light and hydrating. Its non-sticky and it actually does have water droplets like Maybelline claims. Check out the comparison! ^^
The BB watergel is only available in one shade which is a down side for people with tanned or dark skin.
I really do love this BB water gel as the texture is unique and it gives your skin such a natural healthy complexion. You will need to use more product than other BB cream though as it does absorb and disappears into the skin very quickly. I find that by the end of the day some of the BB watergel has worn off, so you will need to reapply it.
I would recommend this product to people with dry or normal skin as the moisturising factor is great. Also if you're after dewy skin I definitely recommend this to you as it evens out skin tone nicely and has a beautiful natural radiance finish. For people that looking for high coverage, this is not the ideal BB cream for you as it has light/medium coverage. Also if you prefer matte finishes, you may not like this either. It is affordable. Overall I would rate this 7/10. It would have been the perfect BB "cream" for me if it had a higher coverage. I use it along with the Maybelline Pure Mineral Concealer to cover up any imperfections. So it works out ^_^
Hope you guys liked this and let me know what you think of this in the comments below ^_^
