Japanese Igari HANGOVER Makeup

Woooo done my first makeup video~ ^^ The last time I even did a makeup pictorial was in 2014 (B.A.P 1004 Angel Inspired Look) holyyy. I hope you guys like it, i'm still exploring and experimenting with what kind of videos to make and stick to, so please bare with me~ But if you have any suggestions feel free to tell me in the comments hue~

Today's look is trendy in Japan and has been making it's way into the KPop scene! It's called Igari Makeup, also known as hangover makeup~ I've not a big fan of natural makeup but this look is soooo cute and fun!

The look is natural and empathises on baby like skin with a strong usage of blush to look drunk/hungover~ The skin should be flawless so cover up any blemishes and dark circles if you have them.

As for blush it's applied in the centre of the face, right under your eyes in a inverted triangle shape. Be careful to not apply too much otherwise you will actually look sick and hungover. xD

Please give a Igari makeup a try! I didn't expect to love it as much until I got curious and gave it go~ ^^

KIKO Natural Concealer - 04 Green Review

Finally finished the second term of uni and back in Birmingham, UK I am so ofc I had to do some shopping. ^.< I picked up this liquid green concealer from KIKO, as I find cream concealers crease and wear off easily. Can't have my makeup wearing off, otherwise i'm going to look like a tomato and that's a no no! Dx

There are 7 shades available. The tube comes with 3.8ml of product, which is not a lot. I use a hella lot of concealer so this will not last long for me at all. But if you like trying out concealers or don't usually finish them then this would be good for you.

It has a light to medium coverage, I do wish there was more coverage. The concealer blends easily but is not buildable as it will get cakey. It does cancel out redness decently, great for covering redness and spots whilst giving a brightened matte finish. An average concealer, I don't hate or love it. If you want concealer that brightens and offers a radiant finish then this is for you, if you want high coverage then no.

LUSH Tea Tree Toner Water Review

LUSH | £8.50
I've always been a big fan of LUSH bath bombs and decided to finally try out their skincare products. This is now one of my holy grail products for keeping my acne under control! Although I don't suffer from severe acne any more, it's just nice to prevent and control spots during that time of the month~

Product Description (from official Lush website):

"Keep skin clear and refreshed. Tea tree is antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial, so can help keep away the bacteria that can cause spots. Grapefruit is rich in vitamins and is also lightly astringent on the skin, whilst juniperberry is antiseptic and helps keep skin clean and clear. Use any time of day to keep skin refreshed, or to remove traces of makeup or cleanser."

To use this product you can simply spray it directly over your face or onto a cotton pad. I personally like to spray it onto my face as I think it feels more refreshing. If you want it to hydrate your skin more or for the toner to have a stronger effect then use it on a cotton pad. ^^

I use this morning and night, right after cleansing. It makes me feel awake and not like a lifeless potato. My skin feels clean, it's not drying and helps to heal+prevent spots. It also helps to control oils and calm redness, which is bonus! This is great for people with sensitive skin as well, since its so gentle and the scent of the tea tree is not overpowering at all. This has done wonders for my skin. Amazing product! I definitely recommend this for thoese with oily acne prone skin.

Rating: 10/10

Have you discovered a new holy grail recently? ^^

C r o p p e d | C l e a n | C u t s

Apologies for another late post but i've been extremely busy with exams and deadlines going on! Here is one of the outfits featured in my first lookbook video! This is such a simple yet cute outfit for valentines (wayyyyy past v-day but oh wells~ xD) and first dates, however I do wear this outfit casually too because why not? Ain't nobody gon stop me from looking cute. It's simple yet chic; it's all about the little details that spice up the outfit. Loving this red sweater from Choies, its cropped and has badass cut out detail going down the sleeves. The whole outfit has different textures that complement each other nicely, the sweater is your classic cotton, the skirt is leather and lastly the shoes are velvet/suede. This just goes to show you don't necessary need super fashionable clothing items for an outfit to lookstylish, just experiment and play up the textures. ^^

Outfit Details:

Top: Choies
Skirt: MissGuided
Shoes: Select

Good luck those also sweating their bum off for uni too! Wahhhhh add oil ^__^
Michelle is out for now~ Peace *asian peace sign lol*

Dx

2) Loose Split Lapel Cardigan - Grey

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE! You guys know how obsessed I am with chunky boots, it wouldn't be my clothing wishlist if it didn't include at least one chunky or platform shoes. I am digging the contrast soles! These boots are available in classic black, white and a mustard colour. I'm so indecisive on which one to get, since I love them all~ *^*  But I figured I should exclude white since I'm unlikely to wear it. xD
