LOOKBOOK - Colour Block Plunge Bikini | Zaful Swimwear Review

How stunning is the scenery in these pics? These were taken in Malta; such a breathtaking country! I don't really like showing my belly in public (food baby on the way), so a one piece/monokini is perfect for me when visiting beaches. This Zaful swimsuit is minimalistic yet stunning. Even though it covers my belly, the plunge cut still gives off some sexy vibes and the high leg cut not only shows off some cheeky bottom, it also accentuates your legs to make you look taller. Love it!

The quality of the swimsuit is good, thick and dries quickly. I can't comment on whether its true to size or not since I got the swimsuit in XL due to the other sizes being out of stock (all sizes have been restocked now ^^). I am a UK size 8/10 or S/M so the swimsuit was slightly loose on me, but I think it was more of a size L than XL. It is was a true XL, it would have been too loose on me and I wouldn't have been able to get away with it. So keep in mind the swimsuit might be a little smaller than the size mentioned. I also wish it had padding to cover up any cold nipple action from showing. Other than that, I utterly adore the cut and style of the swimsuit. I think it would suit everyone. :)

Outfit Details:

Swimsuit: Zaful
Sunglasses: Dresslink

*Disclaimer: Swimsuit was sent complimentary from Zaful but does not affect my opinions and the review.

Banila Co Clean It Zero Sorbet Cleansing Balm - Resveratrol Review | KBEAUTY

Glow Mo UK £22
If I was only allowed to bring one skincare item to a desert island, it would be a good cleansing balm or cleansing oil. It does everything you need - it cleanses away heavy makeup and hydrates your skin for that dewy glow. Perfect for my low maintenance lovelies. Here today I have a Korean Beauty cult favourite, it's one of the best selling cleansers. I took it with me when I was travelling Malta is to test this baby out.

There is 4 variation of the cleansing balm, each is tailored for a different skin type. (The 4th pink one is missing from the picture above) I went for the green one - Resveratrol because I have combination skin that can sometimes get super oily. It's formulated with natural oils, fruit extracts and herbal extract for gentle cleansing.

It comes with 100ml of product in a hugeee ass tub, the packaging is not travel-friendly. I highly recommend you to transfer some into a small container, it was so troublesome getting this past airport security, they thought it went over the 100ml liquid limit because of the tub's size.

Comes with a spatula so that you can easily cut into the balm and scoop out some product. The balm actually has a light green tint (which you can't really see in the picture thanks to terrible hotel lighting) and it smells a little like a melon.

It has a sherbert-like texture that melts into an oil when you massage it into your face. The oil becomes milky when you add water to it to rinse it off. I love massaging my face with this, it feels soooo nice! A little goes a long way, so a tub will last you for ages. I also use this as my eye and lip makeup remover because I'm too lazy to use 2 separate products just to remove my makeup. It does a good job, it even melts away my waterproof eyeliner and mascara. Be careful not to get it inside your eyes though, it doesn't sting but it makes your vision blurry.

Pros

  • Gentle to the skin
  • Does an amazing job melting all traces of makeup
  • Easy to rinse off and doesn't leave any oily residue
  • Great for massaging your face with
  • Leaves face feeling super clean and moisturised after
  • Didn't break me out

Cons

  • Packaging is bulky, would be great if they did a smaller travel size

Overall it's a really good cleansing balm and I can see why everyone loves it! My lazy ass loves this because I can carry fewer products with me. My skin feels super clean and really supple every time I use it. I really appreciate it doesn't leave any greasy residue behind, some cleansing oils do and it breaks me out!

Have you tried anything from Banila's Clean It Zero series?

ZAFUL | Mustard & Browns Trend 2018 Fashion Inspiration Wishlist

Confession time, one third of my clothing is probably Zaful. They are constantly add new items everyday which is great keeping up with trends at an affordable price but it also means that items go out of stock quickly! So you have to grab them quick or put them into a sad wishlist like me *cries.* Since I am still obsessed with the warm colour trend, i'm going to try focus this inspo list around the colour theme of mustard, burnt orange, reds and browns. Without further to do here is my current Zaful wishlist.

1) Scalloped Slip Bodysuit - Ginger

Mustard is my favourite colour at the moment trend and this bodysuit is my perfect shade of mustard. I love the scallop trim detailing, it adds a chic and cute touch to the sexiness of the suit.

2) Plunging Neck Bowknot Cut Out Romper - Earthy

The colour of this romper is so unique! I've haven't seen any clothing this colour. Plunge neck with bow ties are trendy this Spring, i've seen Youtubers like Christen Dominique and LaurDIY wear tops like this (but with floral patterns) on their Instagram.

3) Striped Crochet Panel Long Sleeve Romper - Stripe

Staying with the plunge neck style, I like how this romper pairs it with the stripe trend. I think that the directions of the strips would elongate your body and look so flattering!

4) High Cut Two Tone One Piece Swimwear - Burgundy

I'm going to Malta next month, so of course I need a swimming costume thats going to slay for Instagram (gotta do it for the insta!) I absolutely adore this one! It's minimalistic and has the plunge style going on again, but i'm soooooo sad they only have it available in XL. I might just get it anyway because I love it that much.

5) Off The Shoulder High Cut Bodysuit - Red

You can never go wrong with the off shoulder style, anyone could pull off this bodysuit! The bold red and having a bit of skin revealing will definitely boost up your confidence.

6) Mock Neck Cropped Pullover Sweater - Army Green

Adding some little brown~ The mock neck and brown is very on trend. It's available in a warmer beige-y brown too (I prefer that one much more) BUT ITS OUT OF STOCK. **Criesss** you see what I mean by the items go out of stock super fast?

To finish off this list I though I would do something different and create an outfit together with the Zaful Z-Me virtual wardrobe feature.

Necklace: Unique Rhinestone Inlay Multilayer Collarbone Necklace Set
Top: Zip Up Knitted Off Shoulder Top
Skirt: Punk Lace Up Mini Skirt - Black
Shoes: Criss Cross Block Heel Studded Sandals - Black
Bags: Embroidery Pom Pom Chain Crossbody Bag - Black

Hope you've enjoyed my inpso and wish list! Which is one is your favourite item?

ZAFUL Lookbook | Edgy Red Oval Sunglasses

The sun is out and so are my sunglasses! I love dressing up my outfits with glasses, especially ones with coloured lenses because they add some extra edgy vibes and can change up the aesthetic of a lewk. I'm currently loving these red oval shaped sunglasses from Zaful. The red lenses make me look more fierce and badass than I actually am lol. It has UV filters so my eyes are protected while looking good. When you wear red lenses, everything you see becomes red and black. Which is pretty cool but also not really practical. I didn't except that because I'm used to sunglasses just having a light tint. Nevertheless, I adore these and had to share it!

What accessories do you love rocking in summer?
