Honestly guys it's really not surprising why the Secret members all have nice body figures, if you've seen how strict their diet is! Even though it's strict, it's deffo worth it at the end if you want that slim Kpop body.
Okay starting with how much the members weight. (I think I have a obsession with knowing how much people weight)

Hyosung: 47kg
Jieun: 45kg
Sunhwa: 45kg
Zinger: 45kg

Secret's Diet - 1 week

Monday: Breakfast - 1 slice of toast, 1 apple, 1 sweet potato
             : Lunch - chicken breast salad
             : Dinner - 8 cherry tomatoes, 1 cucumber

Tuesday: Breakfast - 1 slice of toast, 1 apple, 1 glass of low fat milk
             : Lunch - 1 sweet potato
             : Dinner - 8 strawberries, 5 cherry tomatoes
Wednesday: Breakfast - 1 slice of toast, 1 cup of low fat milk     
                    : Lunch - 1 sweet potato, 5 cherry tomatoes
                    : Dinner - 5 strawberries, 1 cucumber

Thursday: Breakfast - 1 slice of toast, 1 apple, 1 glass of low fat milk
              : Lunch - chicken breast salad, 8 strawberries
              : Dinner - 5 cherry tomatoes, 1 cucumber

Friday: Breakfast - 1 slice of toast, 1 apple
          : Lunch - 3 eggs, 1 cucumber, 5 cherry tomatoes
          : Dinner - 10 strawberries, 1 cucumber

Saturday: Breakfast - 1 slice of toast, 1 glass of low fat milk
             : Lunch - 1 sweet potato
             : Dinner - 1 tofu, 3 cherry tomatoes

Sunday: Breakfast - 1 slice of toast, 1 apple, 1 glass of low fat milk
            : Lunch - 1 sweet potato
            : Dinner - 1 cucumber

A pretty strict diet huh? I will give this a try at one point but first I need to get my motivation hahahah because i'll miss my food to much! >< Have any of your guys tried this diet and how much weight did you lose? O.o If not, what you do you think of this diet? ^_^

  2. I'm on this diet right now on Tuesday and honestly it's not that hard. I thought it was really strict as well but it's not that bad! And from Monday to Tuesday I went from 68kilos to 67.2 so in just one day I've lost 800 grams which is crazy! :)

  4. Seriously guys DO NOT FOLLOW THIS! This would cause bad effects on your body:

    - You will lose a lot of muscle and tissue mass (that's what helps you burn calories)
    - Once you start eating back to normal your weights will fly with majority fat weight
    - Your metabolism will slow down due to low muscle mass (your body won't be able to burn as much calories as before)

    I'm 160cm, I used to be 62kg and now weigh 47kg with 18% body fat. Instead follow this below, even though my result took up to a year, it's maintainable and healthy:

    - Have 4 meals a day. Breakfast (8am), Lunch (12pm), Dinner (4pm), snack (7pm). If hungry after 7pm eat a boiled egg/small fruit.

    - Eat at your weight loss calories. Once you're happy with your weight, eat at your maintenance calories. Find out your calories limit using this site >> http://authoritynutrition.com/how-many-calories-per-day

    - Use myfitnesspal.com to help you count your calories everyday

    - Do half an hour cardio 3x a week and strength straining workout 2 times week from YouTube. My favourite channel's Fitnessblender.

    - Balanced diet with right portions. 5 Fruit&Veg, 6-8 Carbs, 3 Proteins, 2 Dairy, 3-5 cheat meals consisting of Fats & Sugars per week.

    - Cut out soda, go to sleep early, make your meals smaller by the day (e.g. breakfast the biggest).
