DARIYA ☆ Palty Bubble Hair Dye - Walnut Latte Ash Review


It's been a while since I've reviewed a hair dye aye~ Nowadays i'm in a committed relationship with pink hair :') Although I will occasionally have it blonde during colour correction phrase. ^^ So I haven't changed my hair colour~ I dyed my friend Jessie's hair blonde. ^^ She purchased this Palty dye in Walnut Latte Ash, it's one of Palty's newly launched 2015 colours.  She got it when she was in Japan, so i'm not too sure of the price, sorry! But you can get it online from eBay/Amazon. Starting with the review and process~

Instructions & Process:


***I tried to follow the instructions on the back, but since I can't read Japanese I did one step wrong, which was very crucial! ><

1) First I mixed the developer and colour cream together in the tub with the tool given. BEFORE you do this, you will need to the shake the liquid developer 20 times prior using it. The shaking helps to make the dye foamy/extra bubbly. I wasn't aware of the shaking before use at the time (because you're suppose to gently mix for Liese's Bubble Dye), so my dye mixture was quite flat.

2) Then I applied the mixture onto dry hair and left it for around 25 minutes. Jessie's hair is very long so one box wasn't actually enough to cover her whole head. I had to drag the already applied dye on her head to the ends to try cover everything.

3) After 25 minutes, I rinsed out the dye from her hair and used the aftercare treatment given. I feel that there was very little product in the treatment. I would be nice if Palty increased the amount of product given in the treatment sachet. ^^

Results:



Hair on the left was before dying it - bleached hair with orange tones. Hair the right was the results after~ A medium ashy blonde. The colour is very ashy so it covered a lot of the oranges tones which is great! But the colour doesn't match the box. A average dye, it might of had a better performance if I shook the developer before hand. However the dye was very drying! (you can see the dryness/fizziness in the results) Lastly the treatment given was not good at all, a normal conditioner would have probably done a better job.

Mini Uni Beauty Haul~


Hope everyone had a brilliant holiday!~ ^^ Been super busy the last few day but i'm hoping to get a few more reviews up before 2016. COCOWHITE OIL PULLING MINTY FRESH REVIEW

2015 has been the bandwagon year of coconut oil craze; everyone is using for the various beauty benefits it offers. Coconut oil and activated charcoal are known natural, chemical free teeth whiteners. I came to know of CocoWhite because it was spammed all over my Instagram and Twitter feed! As my curiosity always gets the best of me, I purchased a box to test them out myself to see if it's really worth the hype~


Coconut oil removes harmful bacteria from your teeth, banishes bad breath and whitens teeth. It works by drawing out the toxins. CocoWhite is basically flavoured coconut oil. It comes in 3 flavours - minty fresh, light lemon and vanilla swirl~ I opted out for Minty Fresh because I love that classic cool feeling and don't particularly like the other 2 flavours. I would be fricking fantastic if they had a strawberry / any-berry flavour! (CocoWhite please take that into consideration~ ^__^) Anyway they do also offer an assorted option so you can get all 3 flavours in a box. Each box contains 14 sachets, 1 each day for 2 weeks~

Instructions on how to use it:



I recommend you to heat up the sachet in your hand slightly so that it's easier to squeeze out the oil from the tube. ^^ I like to keep mine in for 15 minutes for the maximum effect. The oil melts into a liquid after a few minutes. 15 minutes with oil in your mouth can be a mission sometimes, I get distracted really easily so I find myself forgetting to swirl it oops. >.<


After using it for 2 weeks, my teeth are whiter, smoother and not damaged. There's isn't much of a difference after the first sachet, you have to keep using it to see the results. I did begin to see results after the 6th or 7th day. I really really like it, even though it's overpriced. Normal coconut oil works the same, but many people can't stand the taste of unflavoured coconut oil. Also one thing to note* one my flatmate also uses Cocowhite, however he didn't find the results as effective as I did because he's a coffee drinker. So if you're a coffee drinker, he suggests you don't drink any during the 2 week course as coffee can prevent whitening results~ ^^

❀ Pastel Otaku Fairy~ ♡


They say "you can be anything you want to be" so I'm a flower fairy!~  (Except without wings lololol xD) Kidding






If fairies were real, this is probably how I would dress. Different from your traditional fairy, but still pastel and flowery~ Kidding, this is how I dress on a regular, unless i'm trying out different fashion styles or being lazy with casual outfits. :') I love how this expressive Fishnet Panel Comic Girl top from DealSale is. It's so edgy, kawaii and unique~ The pink flower headband goes so well with this outfit, you've probably seen me wear it in a few of my previous outfits or posts in general xD Michelle does not simply skip on an opportunity to wear it. :')

Missha Super Aqua Oxygen Micro Visible Deep Cleanser Review


My skin has recently change from oily to normal, I like to think its because of all the moist products i've been using~ So I went through my samples to see what other hydrating products I could try / use. Found this little gem; its amazing, I really really like it! I need to get it in the full size omg. It's a bubble cleanser that foams up with micro oxygen bubbles to help remove and clean dirt, oil, makeup etc from your skin. 

The cleanser smells soooo nice - a pleasantly soft and sweet fruity scent. It has a watery gel-like consistency unlike your usual creamy foam cleansers.


To use the cleanser, you first spread it over a dry face, then wait a few minutes for it bubble up~ Wet your hands, then you're ready to start massaging the bubbles to cleanse. 


Theres a really nice tickling sensation when you're massaging the bubbles too because of the bubbles popping. Such an interesting product! *^*


The micro bubbles are gentle, remove dirt and makeup completely, without stripping your skin or leave it feeling dry. My face feels clean and looks cleaner too - it temporary makes your skin appear clearer. My pore and blackheads weren't as noticeable after use. ^^ My skin also feels moist and baby butt smooth~ 

Love love love this cleanser! Don't think i've ever liked a cleanser this much before. xD The full sized product available for $22 on the official Missha US site. Missha is currently having their Christmas sales so yasssss I am definitely getting this! Praying for no custom fees with Missha >.<

Casual Waterfall~ ❧


My resting bvtch face is back ayeee, kidding (i'll to try smile more xD) and yes my pink hair is back too! ^.^





I've been wearing leggings with crop tops a lot recently, here is one of the many outfits. Such a casual yet still fashionable outfit~ I tied the blouse around my waist as a decorative piece to dress up the outfit as I love the edgy graphic writing (and I could wear it, if I get cold ^^). I love the different textures in this outfit - chiffon, soft silky cotton, leather & lace panels. Gives it a little bit of something going on throughout the outfit. When I first got the leggings, I had no idea how I was going to style it! Monochrome is a go to pallet so thats what I opted out for. I love how the leggings show a bit of cheeky skin yet its very subtle. The leggings would have stood out more if I wore all black or a plain sweater.

ETUDE HOUSE Korean Beauty Haul #2


Weeee~ another Etude haul. As I am currently in the UK, there are no Korean cosmetics stores around me. *cries* ;__; So had I to purchase from Etude House's Global official site which is based in America. Which I don't mind since the shipping was fast and everything was packaged nicely. However was not happy I had to pay customs fees when it arrived and that they didn't send me the sample kit I was supposed to get with their promotion event .___.

Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask Review


Some magical editing for a magical month~ ^.^ I got this sample along in my Innisfree shopping spree back in Hong Kong. I have the tendency to use masks whilst studying because it's like a mini stress reliever. Being the potato queen of procrastination I am, i'm going to start sharing/reviewing these "mask sessions" to somewhat make my procrastination more productive? XD Staring with the review~


The clay mask is made with Jeju volcanic clay, which is said to remove sebum and impurities effectively. A 6 in 1 mask that helps to shrink pores, control sebum, exofoliates, deeply cleanses, brightens tone and cools.


It has a velvet texture with a thick yet lightweight consistency, it doesn't harden much so you can still freely move your facial muscle. Has a light soothing scent; you don't really notice it when it's on your face so its great for those that are sensitive to fragrance. I left the mask on for 10 minutes, you can feel a lovely minty cool and tingling sensation when it dries. The cool and tingling sensation was still there even after I rinsed it off with lukewarm water. Easy to apply and dries quick~


My skin feels smooth and deeply cleansed afterwards, however it also feels less hydrated. The mask helped to control sebum and slightly minimises pores. A pretty good mask, I wouldn't mind purchasing the full product. ^^ The full size (100ml) is available from the official innisfree site for £10.15 if you are interested~

I swear it was March like one second ago .____. anyway starting December with Christmas spirit and ofc a traditional wishlist! It's snowing everywhere else except in Lancaster omg, please hurry up snow! ;___;

1) iPhone 6s Plus in Rose Gold

Being the tech girl I am, all my xmas wishlists so far have started off with a phone xD Loyal to Apple, i'm going to stick with the classic iPhone. No one even try start an Apple vs Android debate with me pls. 


2) GoPro Hero+ LCD Action Camcorder

I want to start filming more vlogs, GoPros seem like the perfect camera for that. :')


3) Crystals

I'm obsessed with anything magical, as you could probably tell from my blog design. Crystals are known to contain magical energy; there's a theory that if you place crystals on energy point of your body, the crystals will transmit energy to help heal, calm and revitalise oneself. ^^ Believer of magic because reality is mundane, stressful and predicable (most of the time).


4) Banggood LED Light Star Pillow

I saw this on tumblr and omgggggg it's so cute i'm going to cry~!


5) ColourPop Cosmetics

So many American Youtuber use Colourpop cosmetics, they looks mazing! Unfortunately they're so difficult to get in the UK or sellers double up the price online. Dx

A hella lot of them because they smell the bomb!!!


7)  Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Eye Shadow Collection

How cute is this palette? *^* There's no reason as to why I wnat this palette ion partcilar, I just really want a new pallet and still yet to own a high end one. T___T
