GEO Magic Brown Circle Lens Review | Pinky Paradise

Pinky Paradise $19.90 | LINK

Shhhh i'm revealing the secret as to why I've have been looking slightly different in my selfies recently~ ^.< I've been wearing the Geo Magic circle lenses! These lenses are for my lovelies that prefer something natural, the lenses are so subtle to the point people can't even tell that you're wearing them.

► Lens Care & Info:

For first time users or just for quick refresh, Pinky Paradise has a Wear and Care Guide that includes everything you need from how to open circle lenses bottle to inserting the lens into your eye. *As always soak your lenses in solution for at least overnight before wearing them.

► Colour & Pattern: 3/5

A simple and minimal pattern design, nothing special. The colour doesn't lighten your eyes, it's just blends in seamlessly with dark brown eyes. They blend in really well, so its hard for people to tell that you're actually wearing lenses. The colour remains the same in different lighting. The lenses also come in black, so if you wanted the limbal ring to be more noticeable and to darken your eyes slightly then you may prefer the black ones over brown.

► Enlargement: 3.5/5

The lenses have diameter of 14.2mm. Gives a very subtle enlargement to the eyes which I think is perfect for natural enhancement. But if you're looking for lenses that will noticeably enlarge your eyes, these don't provide it. You know them beauty app that enlarge your eyes slightly? These lenses basically give you the real life photoshop effect. No need to use that app feature anymore eh?

► Comfort: 5/5

I have worn these for 10+ hours because I forgot that I was wearing them. They're that comfortable. *Not recommended to wear them for that long.* The lenses are thin, no discomfort or dryness experienced. I was quite concerned it would dry out my eyes as the water content is slightly lower compared to ones I normally wear, thankfully these still wore out great!

► Overall:

For someone thats not fond of super natural lenses (because I want people to be able to notice that i'm wearing lenses yo), I really like them! These are definitely everyday lenses, that subtly enlarges your eyes. Great for first time buyers. Not recommended for cosplay purposes for obvious reasons.

Would love to give you guys a discount code but unfortunately my Pinky Paradise one expired! >.< Will try to get you guys another one! <3 x

Your Style Should Match Your Ambition | Rosewholesale Outfit

This is outfit was inspired by one them motivational Instagram quotes - "Your style should match your ambition" and "Ambition is the new black".

I've definitely been leaning towards black and monochrome outfits lately. It could be to do with the weather but yes anything black is a major yassss for me. I've been loving this deep plunge and high waist romper from Rosewholesale. It's made from Polyester, but it's so soft it almost feels like satin. I appreciate its versatility; you could wear it during daytime to work and slay everyone looking like a boss babe or during night to the club for a sexy chic look. I personally adore styling it with an oversized black blazer from Atmosphere and stacking on some chokers because i'm clearly stuck in the choker obsession phase lol. Okay that's enough procrastination from me, yo girl need to get back to doing coursework welppp.

Outfit Details:

Chokers: Zaful
 Glasses: Zaful
Blazer: Atomsphere
Romper: Rosewholesale (Sponsored item)
Bag: H&M

Catch you guys in my next post! x

Don't Complain, Work Harder | Rosewholesale Outfit

I've been loving this white pinstriped stripped from Rosewholesale recently. It's so flattering, the vertical stripes and length makes me appear slightly taller than I actually am. (Random fact, i'm 5 ft 3. A lot of people don't believe me because apparently I look taller in pictures. :') All about them angles ahha) This dress is actually a Summer dress but I transitioned it into a Autumn/Winter outfit by simply layering a jacket on and stacking on them chokers. A leather jacket keeps me warm enough and gives that edgy chic vibe. If you prefer something, a bit more casual then layering on a cardigan looks fab too! I think this outfit is probably something EllenVLora would wear, I love her omgg. As for my outfit name? This of them outfits that make me hustle and work harder. The amount of work I do depends on my outfit, i'm weird like that. I definitely plan on working harder on blogging and on my Youtube this year~ ^^ What goals are you working towards this year?

Outfit Deals:

Choker: Zaful
Dress: Rosewholesale
Jacket: H&M
Cardigan - New Look

Magic Mountain Saloon Review | Melbourne, Australia

Magic Mountain Saloon

Melbourne full of treasures - there's so much to discover, with endless places to eat! Before I left Melbourne I was super lucky and won a competition for a dinner for two at Magic Mountain Saloon. *celebration emoji* I'm so grateful to have won that Instagram competition because upcoming on this post is some of the best food that i've eaten in my life so far. No exaggeration.

MMS is a modern hip bar and restaurant that offers Austrian and Thai food. I find this a very interesting combination because welllll the UK doesn't really offer much food variety, it's literally the same thing everywhere. The food is said to be from a wood-fire grill. MMS has two floors; the placed was lit with red neon lighting and candles so it was quite dim. Makes a cute atmosphere for a dinner date or gives off littt af vibes to get the night started at the bar, depending on your occasion.

► Food

There was such a wide variety of food on the menu it was quite hard to pick! Especially since i'm indecisive af and my food buddy Sara is as well. So we asked the staff for recommendations, they personally love the grill and curry dishes. Going by their recommendation we opted out for the Holy Trinity and some Roti Bread for the side. The roti bread was very buttery and soft, I wish there was more of it! Oh btw for drinks we just had sparkling water. I never liked sparkling water until I tried the artisan sparkling water at MMS. It tasted sooo pure and clean (water does have a taste, don't even try say they all taste the same!). I questioned how could water taste so good and when I saw the bill that it cost $7, I understood why. $7 for water, realllyyy? Ngl worth it though.

This baby here is the Holy Trinity, you'll find this on the grill section of MMS's menu and yes it is as good as it sounds! It comes with a Cured Pork Belly, 2 Chicken & White Fungus Sausage and King Prawns. The pork belly is literally to die for! Best piece of meat i've eaten in my life, i'm not even exaggerating. I still remember how good it was - full of flavour, tender and not greasy like your typically pork belly. It melts the second it's enters your mouth. The Chicken & White Fungus Sausage was my least favourite. The sausage had quite a lot of spices in, it does give you a kick of spice but it overpowered any flavour the sausage had. So thats a no from me. King Prawns were grilled to perfection, have nothing bad to say.

The Holy Trinity also comes with Coleslaw & Salad as well as three sauces - Green Chilli Sauce, Hot Sauce and Tomato Relish. Decent Thai salad and lovely aesthetic presentation.

► Dessert

To finish off the dinner, we I had Pumpkin & Coconut Creme Brûlée. I'm a sucker for anything coconut flavoured. Love the twist and combination they went for. You could taste the delicate coconut, it's not very sweet like your traditional creme brûlée. It also has a slightly rougher texture and isn't as smooth. Only ever so slightly though.

► Overall

If you want to try something different, I definitely recommend giving MMS a try. I would so go back for that pork belly, I need to relive that moment of it melting in my mouth. The staff were friendly however the service was a little slow. Also the food is quite pricey for the amount you get, so I recommend this for special occasions. But overall I had a pleasant experience here, I may check out the bar the next time i'm back in Melbourne.

Rating: 7/10
