Superdrug Vitamin E Toning Facial Mist Spray Review

It's exam season so once again my social media and blog are suffering rippp. So i'm going to write a quick review while i'm on a break (*cough procrastinating*). Love me some facial mist during the warmer seasons, they're just so refreshing! Loads of Korean celebrities such as Song Ji Hyo love to spray toner and facial mists as well~ The current one i'm using is a drugstore one from Superdrug's Vitamin E line.

You get 150ml of product, which is a lot more than other ones I have. The toner contains vitamin E which is an antioxidant to help protect your skin against environmental damage and contains aloe vera to moisturise the skin.

I like to use it as a toner before I moisturise my face and spray it throughout the day when I need a little wake me up because I get tired really easily. It instantly cools and refreshes your face with a lovely sensation. To use the spray, close your eyes and spray from 15cm away. Ohhh it also smells really nice, it has a gentle scent slightly like coconut.

It does what it claims and is affordable. I like that it contains simple and natural ingredients. The only downside is that it's not travel friendly so I have to transfer some into a travel spray bottle to use on the go. Nevertheless it's still go a product; I rate it 7/10.

HIDDEN RAINBOW GALAXY HIGHLIGHT HAIR!

Hidden rainbow galaxy hair, you read that right! Here is a quick hair update of my new colour~

This is probably the most adventurous i've been with my hair since my GDragon feather duster/crayon inspired KPop hair. As much I love fashion colours, I was starting to get bored of it and wanted a change. I saw the hidden rainbow hair trend going around my Facebook and decided to give it a shot because why not? Life is short after all. I went for a unicorn galaxy theme rather than following the rainbow spectrum.

I used the Schwarzkopf Ultra Bright semi permanent dyes in Shocking Pink, Purple Punk, Turquoise Temptation and Electric Blue to achieve the highlight colours. As for my full head colour, its a metallic silver pink. I used a Japanese professional salon dye brand Meiry, mixing two dyes Water Pink and Silk Ash together.

My hair is layered so you can see the hidden rainbow peaking through. If you want if to be fully hidden, make sure your hair is full length with a blunt cut.

Cherry Blossom Hydrating Shampoo Review | LG ORGANIST Natural Science

I don't usually review shampoos but god damn this one smells AMAZINGGG~ Bless up them cute Korean shops that give out samples with purchases, otherwise I would not have discovered this baby.

Either I took these photos at a really bad timing when the sun was setting or I shouldn't do pink on pink because my camera doesn't like it. Each photo gets more yellow ahhhh. Moving on~

Cherry Blossom has deep moisturising properties; it's suppose to hydrate lifeless, dry and thinning hair. Organist claims that it fills the cuticles gaps in the hair's structure to prevent it from nutrient loss. I think it does the job as it leaves my hair soft and smelling amazing! I like that Organist uses nature loving and eco friendly ingredients. It also doesn't contains any parabens or silicon. The scent of the shampoo is to die for if you adore sweet and floral scents. I want all my toiletries to smell of cherry blossom! The shampoos comes in a very light pastel pink colour with shimmer in it. I managed to get two uses out of the sample. It lathers nicely. There's nothing bad I can say about it. I absolutely adore it and will be getting a full sized bottle when I travel to Asia~

LEE STAFFORD | Breaking Hair (FIX IT) Conditioner Review

Going on vacay is always a good excuse to purchase new products right? I picked up a few Lee Stafford products when I was in Australia as it's quite hyped by bloggers. We have Lee Stafford in the UK as well, but it just worked out to be cheaper in AUS. (For my UK lovelies, you can get it from Amazon or Boots). I got the Breaking Hair Conditioner, Treatment and Detangling Spray. Today i'll be reviewing the conditioner first~ ^^ I believe they renamed the Breaking Hair range to Fix It instead; the product descriptions and ingredients are still the same.

► Product Description:

The Breaking Hair (Fix It) range is specifically made for those with damage and over-processed hair caused by styling and colouring. Yeppp these product was screaming at me because I am constantly bleaching my hair non stop. It's suppose to help repair and rehydrate your hair to make it smooth and healthy again.

► Review:

It has a creamy and runny consistency. The scent is quite a hard one to describe, I would say it smells like men's cologne. You can smell it quite strong in the shower. I personally prefer fruity scents but my friends seem to like it and have complimented it.

► Results:

I have used this conditioner over one month now. My hair was noticeably softer and shiner after first usage. However, I feel like the conditioner just coats my hair rather than hydrating it. My hair feels soft and manageable after using it on the first day. On the second day, my hair feels dry and crispy. Let's not even mention third day hair because if I have reached that point, I probably had slapped on tons of leave in conditioners and oils into my hair. I really wanted to like this product because the softness after feels amazing! The results just didn't last which was disappointing. I haven't noticed much difference with reduced breakage either. The conditioner may work wonders for you/others but from my personal experience it didn't hold up to the claims. So I rate this product 3.5/10.

Denim on Denim | Outfit

I've been super busy drowning in deadlines and trying to stay afloat, so here is a quick outfit update! Spring is finally here! Slowly transiting my outfits to fit the weather and i'm bringing my Miss Guided turtle neck with me! It's has a ribbed texture and is nicely thick so it keeps me warm enough without a coat. I never used to be fond of turtle necks but now my wardrobe is filled with them! Such a versatile and timeless piece.
